Hiking Season
The Sierra de Aracena Natural Park is a lush oasis in the western part of Andalusia. Throughout
the year, a varying range of colours that will surprise you. This also applies to the temperatures.
Winters are generally mild, with frost on clear nights.
Long springs with summer temperatures during the day and cool nights bring out budding leaves
on the trees and oceans of flowers in the fields. During the transition from spring to summer, many
festivals are held in the area.
The summer, with temperatures in the thirties, calls for a refreshing dip in our ecological pool, long
lunches and a delightful siesta. The nights in the Sierra de Aracena are surprisingly cool and are
perfect to enjoy a delicious evening meal.
Autumn provides a variety of wild mushrooms – a wonderful ingredient for tasty dishes.
Each season, therefore, has its own special character and this makes a visit to our Bed &
Breakfast in Andalusia worthwhile at any time of the year.
